PHYSICIAN DESIGN      HealthTek worked with physicians, nurses, and pharmacists to create a simple one screen layout that mimics actual chart management. 

FIRST DATABANK          RXRECONCILE utilizes the FDB Framework to provide immediate allergy screening, duplicate med screening, therapeutic and contraindication screening, improving patient care and patient safety.

PORTABILITY                 Accessible from hospital portal applications, Internet Explorer, or intranet, the application is available             –       on the unit, in the office, from home.

 

SYSTEM INTEGRATION

REAL TIME DATA            RXRECONCILE integrates with existing clinical systems to maximize access to current clinical data and minimize maintenance and support.  The system utilizes database connectivity to present real-time census and clinical data.

 

HL7 OUTBOUND            Available outbound HL7 messages of Admission, Transfer and Discharge orders offer further integration opportunities.

USER DRIVEN                 Customizable user groups provide tiered access levels, as well as physician specific or unit specific census.


IMPORTING USERS        RXRECONCILE can import user data from existing clinical systems expedite and match access levels.

ARCHIVE SETTINGS       Archival capabilities retain reconciliation records based on hospital specific settings.

AUDIT FUNCTION          RXR ECONCILE maintains a HIPAA compliant audit trail of each reconciliation view or transaction. Customizable reports are controlled in the administrative settings.

CUSTOMIZABLE VIEW   RXRECONCILE is customizable at both the facility and user level.  Variable screen layouts and color options improve user recognition and system interaction. 

  

OUTPUT DOCUMENTS

FORMS                            RXRECONCILE generates customizable bar coded documents for printing, scanning or cold feed into an EMR, document repository, or imaging system.    

PATIENT FRIENDLY       The application has the ability to convert traditional latin regimens and routes to “patient friendly” descriptions. Forms can be customized by the facility using adobe acrobat.

PRESCRIPTIONS            Authorized physicians can generate state-compliant prescriptions, including the ability to print license / DEA numbers, and variable office addresses on the Rx.
