HealthTek Solutions has worked closely with the physicians, clinicians, and information
systemS department at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center during the development
of this application. Specifically, we would like to thank Dr. Tom Wessel, who’s
understanding of clinical processes, as well as understanding of IT capabilities
and limitations, helped create what we feel is the most universal Medication Reconciliation
tool on the market.
ANMED HEALTH
HealthTek worked closely with Anderson Medical Center to construct both state
compliant and patient friendly documents. They also assisted in developing a portal
module to use with their physician's portal. We thank them for their patient oriented
concerns and efforts.
SOUTH CAROLINA HOSPITAL
ASSOCIATION
HealthTek worked with the SCHA, who has developed a Patient Safety Tool Kit. The
tool kit includes a Universal Medication Form, which was the inspiration for many
facilities to push forward with medication reconciliation automation. Their approach
is now being modeled by several other states. HealthTek has designed the RXRECONCILE
application and data archiving in such a way that it may eventually be used regionally
or state-wide to make patient medication data available to all providers.
